FRIDAYʉϬ
5pm: Check in & light snacks and drinks 
~Get outside & check out the scenic trails around the property 
~Sign up for your personal massage & reiki healing time during the weekend
6pm: Welcoming Circle 
6:30pm: Vegan Dinner and drinks 
7:15pm: 45min Slow Flow Yoga with Teanna & 30min Guided Meditation with Genie 
8:30pm: Life Coaching Thriving in your Body Workshop with Heather 
9:30pm: AWAKEN Time

10:30pm-11:00pm: Bedtime

SATURDAY ðŸ’«
7:00am: Coffee/Tea & Quiet Time 
7:45am: Wake Up Power & Buti Yoga with Teanna 
8:45am: Hearty Vegan Breakfast
9:30am: AWAKEN Time (Pick YOUR best way to Awaken Yourself during this free time with options for massage, reiki, opting outside, journaling, or taking a nap) 
10:30am-3pm: ðŸ’¥Healing Summit Sessions💥
All Participants will rotate through the following sessions in small to large groups. 
45min Acupuncture session with Sloth Acupuncture 
1hr Health Coaching with Sarah 
30 Reiki or Crystal Healing work with Dr. Genie 
~Option for additional alignment work for an additional fee 
3pm: AWAKEN Time

*NOTE: lunch will be taken during 12-1pm time as allowed during break in moving between sessions & can be brought to your session 
4:30pm: HiYo (Hiking & Outdoor Yoga) with Teanna 
6pm: Vegan Dinner & Drinks + Thriving in your Mind Life Coaching with Heather 
7pm: AWAKEN Time

7:45pm: Wind Down Yoga Flow with Diana & Live Violinist Abby 
9pm: Outdoor Fire Circle & Tasty Treats + Drinks

7:00am: Feel Good Flow Yoga with Teanna & Morning Movement Meditation with Dr. Genie 
8:15am: Hearty Vegan Breakfast with Thriving in Spirit Life Coaching with Heather 
9:15am: AWAKEN Time
